At EmpireKits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
